Yesterday, while in Sault Ste Marie Ontario, we decided to try something a little different. We decided on eating Chinese food and tried this jem of a downtown restaurant! The food is the BEST and our waitress was very cheerful and provided great customer service! If you're tired of poor quality food or bad service, give this Queen Street restaurant a try. You won't be sorry you did!
I started going to this restaurant a few years ago because I work nearby and have been going weekly ever since. The owners are two of the nicest people I have ever met and really make you feel like family. The food is reasonably priced and I've never once had a bad meal. The chop suey combo is my favourite!
Usually get take out. I have been ordering here since Woolco was across the street. Lol left the Soo and have been ordering since I came back . Yum
We ordered takeout for a large meeting and everyone was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We ordered the meal for 8 and the meal for 4 as there were 14 people. We had more than enough food with a great variety. The Cantonese chow mein was amazing! Everything was fresh and hot and ready on time. The young man offered to help me carry the order to the car. When I mentioned I was walking back to the hotel, he insisted he would walk with me to help! He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sun Kwong!
The Beef and Vegetables were quite good, lots of juice in the take out container so make sure to keep it level. The spring rolls are quite good. Service was friendly and the price was fair. Thanks for a great meal!
Great place very clean I had the cheese burger with fries and gravy. Could barely Finnish my plate. The gravy was my favorite part. The waitress was so friendly and tended well to all my needs.
Fresh and fast, generous portions! Cantonese noodles, yum! Wonton soup, eggrolls, yum yum!! And husband is really fussy with chicken balls (chicken to dough ratio), he says they're big & meaty so 2 thumbs up from him as well! THREE YEARS LATER - still yum!
Ordered 3 dishes off Emperors menu last night and it was delicious!! Good sized portions, awesome flavours, friendly staff and didn't have to wait hours for it to be ready. Best taste and service! Will be back soon.
